Brice has enjoyed a successful 25+ year music career.  As a songwriter he has had cuts with Garth Brooks, George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Hank Williams Jr, Randy Houser, Josh Turner, Reba McEntire, Gary Allan, Chris Young, Jon Pardi, Cody Johnson, Casey James, Darryl Worley, Randy Travis, Gretchen Wilson, Porter Wagoner and many more.  


Brice’s songwriting hits include the #1 singles “Heartache On The Dance Floor” by Jon Pardi and “Nothing On But The Radio” by Gary Allan.  Randy Houser’s “Like a Cowboy”, a song that also garnered Brice a CMA nomination for Song of the Year.  Other recent chart toppers are Randy Houser’s debut single, “Anything Goes”,  “Today” from Gary Allan, Casey James’ “Let’s Don’t Call It A Night” and Jon Pardi’s, “What I Can’t Put Down”.

Brice Long Announces 2020 'Back to Back Foundation' Virtual Concert

Hopkinsville, KY  June 3, 2020 --  “We are back this year with a little different set up for our 15th annual, Back to Back concert.  The show will be held on Facebook Live, June 27th, at 7pm CST.  We are streaming the show this year to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy”, announced Brice. 

Many families have been impacted this year as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Families that wouldn’t normally need any kind of assistance have found themselves in a tough spot, and we see it as an opportunity to help.  The show is free to watch this year but please consider donating at .  We will also be accepting donations on Facebook leading up to the show and I encourage everyone to share the concert info and donation link so we can continue to make a difference in the lives of families across Trigg, Christian, and Todd Counties in Kentucky.

Hopkinsville, KY (July 31, 2018)— More than 1,200 people packed the James E. Bruce Convention Center for the thirteenth annual Brice Long and Friends Back to Back Foundation Benefit Concert held Saturday in Hopkinsville, KY.  Foundation Chairman Brent Gilkey announced the concert, which is the primary fundraiser for the foundation, continues to grow and shattered last year’s total by raising $91,900.

It was Pardi’s concept. While he was checked in at some now-forgotten hotel, he heard the “where she at, where she at, where she at tonight” tagline for the chorus in his head and sang it into his phone; he saved the ‘Heartache on the Dance Floor’ title with it. He brought it up as a topic when Butler and fellow songwriter Brice Long met up with him at the Country Stampede in Manhattan, Kan....
